Terms, Refunds & Privacy

Our terms of service, refund & turnaround policy, and privacy policy.

Terms of Service · Refund & Turnaround · Privacy

1. Who we are

Apostille Priority Inc ("Apostille Priority," "we," "us") is a private document-processing service based in Florida, USA. We are not a government agency and not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Apostilles are issued by the competent government authority, not by us.

2. Our service

We prepare, submit, and manage apostille requests with the State of Florida on your behalf, and offer related services such as document review, notarization support, and translation. The scope of each order is described at checkout and in your order confirmation.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices, government fees, shipping options, and any applicable discounts are itemized before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details. All orders are subject to our Refund & Turnaround Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and for sending the correct documents. Where we offer a free document check, it is an aid based on our experience — the final determination of whether a document qualifies rests with the applicable government authority.

5. Processing times

Advertised processing times are estimates, exclude shipping time, and depend on normal government operations. See the Refund & Turnaround Policy for details.

6. No guarantee of acceptance

We do not guarantee that any foreign government, institution, or other recipient will accept a document after the apostille is issued, and we do not guarantee approval of any document by the issuing authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apostille Priority's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays and failures caused by government authorities, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to Apostille Priority Inc and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new orders. Questions? Email info@apostillepriority.com or call or WhatsApp +1 305-731-5741.

11. Acceptance

By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Refund & Turnaround Policy.

1. Cancellation before submission

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase and before any documents have been mailed or delivered to Apostille Priority.

Once documents have been mailed to Apostille Priority — whether using our prepaid shipping label or any other shipping method — the order becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Any prepaid shipping labels purchased through Apostille Priority are non-refundable once issued, as they are purchased immediately from the carrier.

2. Invalid or rejected documents

If an apostille cannot be obtained because the submitted document is incomplete, contains errors, was improperly notarized, does not qualify for apostille services, or the customer did not follow the provided instructions, no refund will be issued.

As a courtesy, if the customer corrects the issue and resubmits the same document, Apostille Priority will reduce the fee for the first document from $199 to $99. Any additional documents are charged at the standard applicable rate. This courtesy discount applies only to the corrected version of the original document.

3. Errors by Apostille Priority

If a service cannot be completed solely due to an error made by Apostille Priority, we will first make every reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be corrected, a full refund will be provided.

4. Document review

We review documents based on our experience and our understanding of current Florida apostille requirements. However, Apostille Priority does not establish the legal requirements for apostille services. The final determination of whether a document qualifies for an apostille is made solely by the Florida Department of State or the applicable government authority.

5. Government approval

Apostille Priority is a private document-processing service and is not a government agency. The decision to approve, reject, delay, suspend, or otherwise process any document is made solely by the applicable government authority. We cannot guarantee that any document will be approved for apostille.

6. Processing time

Our advertised processing time is the estimated time required to obtain the apostille after all required documents and payment have been received. Processing begins on the next business day following receipt of all required documents. Under normal government operations, most Florida apostilles are completed within 1–2 business days from the start of processing.

Processing times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: government office closures, holidays, technical failures, system outages, staffing shortages, severe weather, security incidents, natural disasters, and other unforeseen governmental delays. Apostille Priority is not responsible for delays resulting from such circumstances.

7. Acceptance by foreign authorities

An apostille certifies the authenticity of a signature or official seal under the Hague Apostille Convention. Apostille Priority does not guarantee that any foreign government, court, university, embassy, consulate, bank, immigration authority, employer, or any other receiving institution will accept a document after the apostille has been issued.

8. Shipping

Our commitment is to obtain the apostille within the selected processing timeframe under normal government operations. We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, theft, or misdelivery caused by USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, any other shipping carrier, or any government agency or mailroom. Any claim relating to a lost or damaged shipment must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.

9. Documents not received

Customers are responsible for sending all required documents promptly after placing an order. If Apostille Priority does not receive the required documents within 45 calendar days of the order date, the order will be automatically canceled without further notice. Because administrative resources have already been reserved, no refund will be issued for orders canceled due to failure to submit the required documents within the 45-day period. If the customer wishes to proceed after the order has been canceled, a new order must be placed at the then-current pricing.

10. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Apostille Priority is accurate and complete, including shipping addresses, contact information, document selection, and special instructions. Apostille Priority is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or unsuccessful processing resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

11. Questions or special circumstances

Every situation is unique. If you have questions about your order or experience unexpected circumstances, please contact us before assuming your order cannot be completed — we are committed to fair and personalized assistance whenever possible.

12. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order with Apostille Priority, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Turnaround Policy.

7. Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of information we are not legally required to keep. Contact us and we will respond.
